Web Designer & Developer

Job description

• Minimum 0 - 2yr website Design Experience from scratch.
• Experience in designing and developing responsive websites.
• Brainstorm with the team and creative colleagues to bring web designs to life from concept to execution.
• Creating HTML email newsletters, setup including PSD to HTML conversion, optimizing existing creative, image hosting, image manipulation, creation of landing pages and testing. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with brand guidelines Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript .
• Testing and improving the design of the website. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality for Third Party Themes & Plugins.
• Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS Platform.
• Experience in Developing custom WordPress themes, plugins and Gutenberg Blocks.
• Work collaboratively with other Designers, Developers, Content strategists, SEO specialists, Marketers and more!
